One of the best Indonesian meals we’ve had so far in Bali! The food was delicious, authentic, and full of flavor. The service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to Sri and Wirya, who were incredibly helpful, attentive, and spoke very good English, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The ambiance was warm, relaxing, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for a great meal. Everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Indonesian cuisine in Bali, and we’ll be coming back again!😊
My friends and myself had a wonderful experience at Warung Damar. The seafood nasi goreng was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked rice with fresh seafood and amazing flavor in every bite. It’s one of the best I’ve had in Bali!
What really made the visit special, though, was the incredibly humble and friendly staff. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. A very big thank you to Yumi for the warm service and kindness. Your smile and hospitality truly made our meal even more enjoyable.
If you’re looking for great local food with genuine, friendly service, Warung Damar is definitely a place to visit. I’ll happily come back again!

Wonderful Balinese restaurant with amazing food and a very warm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, especially Mrs. Karsi who took great care of us during the evening. We also loved the beautiful traditional dance performed by two local dancers – it was a truly special experience. Thank you for a lovely night!

Absolutely loved this restaurant! The service was wonderful — the girls were so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The ambience is beautiful, with stunning decor that makes the whole place feel warm and inviting.
There’s a huge menu selection with so many great options to choose from, and everything we tried was fantastic. You must try the Salak dessert — it was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to finish the meal.
Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
we ordered spring rolls, mie goreng, pork belly, ayam rica rica, sate ayam... top notch... asked also as a side for the hottest chili sambal available, they brought in 2 of them .. very good and quick response in less than 3 minutes.. Wija served us nicely.. 👍👍

We found this place by chance while passing by, and it was certainly no mistake. The food was delicious and the service was fast. The staff were perhaps even a little too attentive, as they became concerned that I was eating too slowly and might not be enjoying my meal. The tuna bowl and the duck bao were great. The corn wasn't exactly what I expected, but it was still good.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Warung Damar. The daily special Ikan Pepes was perfectly cooked and the Tempe rice bowl was delicious. Both definitely authentic Balinese flavors.
The atmosphere is wonderful and we were lucky enough to watch the traditional Balinese dancers perform during our meal, which made the night truly special.
Thank you to Yuni and Lia for being so accommodating and professional, they really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Kuta!
A very nice restaurant! Worth 200% its (very affordable) price. Nice venue, wonderful staff that is exemplary for customer service (shoutout to Yuni, Wija & Wulan) and delicious food. What more can a restaurant want or need!?! So happy that we have been here.
