Amazing bungalows - wished we would have stayed a couple more nights. Will definitely come back and I can easily recommend. Amazing staff - despite forgetting my mobile charger, the staff came cycling down to the harbour with it before we departed the island. Great location with a nice and clean pool with the opportunity to also go to the sunbeds at the beach right in front of the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights. Now in Nusa Lembongan and I miss Gili Air. Vyaana pros: 1. Amazing service. Probably the best during our trip. They are so attentive, friendly, and communicative through whatsapp. They picked us up from the port and were waiting for us. When I asked for bandaids, after coming back to the room they provided even more bandaids. Just so thoughtful. We also had early scuba sessions so we asked if it was possible to make our breakfast early and they accommodated our schedule and brought it to our cottage. We felt so taken care of by the staff at Vyaana Gili Air. 2. Very clean. Serviced our room twice a day. We thought we only needed once but they come the second time to put up the mosquito net, which was 100% needed 3. Loved the location. Right on the beach, quieter part of the island. Also walking distance to our scuba shop Master Scuba. 4. Provide many amenities - their mosquito repellent actually worked way better than what I had and helped a lot!! They also provide bikes which made Gili Air so easy and fun to explore. Vyaana cons: 1. Mosquitos in the hut, I don’t know how they get in, maybe through the log walls? Hence why the mosquito net was imperative. 2. Weren't really anywhere to sit inside the cottage with AC other than your bed. Thank you Vyaana for such a hospitable stay and taking care of us.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a fantastic location right on a quiet beach on the west side of Gili Air. The bungalows are built in a charming local style, with spacious bathrooms and open-air showers under the sky. Everything is of the highest standard and quality. The staff are simply wonderful – kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you might need. This hotel is the perfect choice for anyone looking for top quality and a peaceful holiday experience. Our stay was flawless, we didn’t miss a single thing, and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely return!

A very quant little resort. The rooms were clean and cozy and quiet. Bathrooms and towels getting a little worn. |Pool was lovely and clean.|Breakfast on the beach was amazing and the staff wonderful.|The beach area is nice and quiet, but could use a bit of a rake. Not really ideal for swimming, but a lot of the island is like that. |We didn't stay for dinner, but there is lots of restaurants within walking distant and they have free bikes to use to get around the island.|Would like if they had some beer and wine available to order when around the beach or pool for the day. Looks like they might be building a bar, but not sure and they don't have one yet.|We just went next door and had a beer there and picked up some wine for our room.|Lovely stay and would stay there again. |PS..when we left the hotel to go back to the ferry, the horse driver went the long way and tried to over charge us. I told him I would call the hotel and ask them the price, and he relented and charged us the right price. Just be clear with the driver and the hotel before you leave.

A shame to rate this only a 2 star as some of the staff are very nice and hospitable, especially the security and waiting staff. However, we stayed here 2 nights and unfortunately the beds were infested with bed bugs… we didn’t realise this until an hour before checkout as the bites started to itch. Personally I would maybe stay somewhere newer as the rooms and hotel are a bit dated.

We had 3 nights here at a beautifully situated small hotel. Such amazing vistas to have our meals overlooking the sea. The rooms were very comfortable & cosy. The staff were all exceptionally helpful, happy and friendly. The breakfasts were superb and dinner was excellent.

Very nice clean bungalow! With a good firm mattress and a beautiful large clean bathroom. Beach and swimming pool in front of us. We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly helpful staff. Restaurant at the beach. Food was also very good! With a a beautiful sunset!

One of the most fantastic experience of hospitality! Located on the beach, far enough from the noise but close enough to be amongst great restaurants within few minutes of bike ride. The staff was great attentive and always courteous. The breakfast was amazing and the view during breakfast was breathtaking. All in all a lovely stay!
