Would we go to Gili Air again? Definitely! And of course we’d stay at Unzip. The bungalows which are comfortable and private are kept spotless by the daily attentions of a cleaning crew. The restaurant is relaxing with a beautiful sea view, the menu is varied and all the dishes well prepared. Most of all, we were impressed by the staff. The manager, the waiters, the restaurant staff were without fail, warm and competent. They were specially helpful when one of us needed medical attention. They were accommodating when we decided end to extend our stay. Throughout our time at Unzip, we felt welcome and cared for. Definitely will revisit Unzip.

We stayed here for almost a month and had a really great experience. Our bungalow was lovely, very clean, and comfortable throughout the whole stay. Breakfast is ordered from the menu rather than served as a buffet, and everything we tried was really tasty. We especially recommend the omelette and the banana pancake. The WiFi in the bungalow was also very good. It was stable and strong enough for video calls, which might be really important for anyone on a workation or working remotely. The staff were always very kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Adi, whose good mood was honestly contagious and made our stay even nicer.

Really good stay. Friendly staff and great beachfront location. Brilliant value for money. Only comments I would say - the mosquito net was ripped on the bed so wasn't really useful - the bathrooms are outdoor. Private but outdoor. Not a problem for us but for some it may be

I had a wonderful stay at this beachside hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect—right by the beach—with a relaxing atmosphere and genuinely good vibes throughout the property. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority; the rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Dedi, who truly stood out with his professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and smooth during the stay. Overall, a great place to unwind by the beach with excellent service, positive energy, and a team that clearly cares about their guests.

Perfect location. Best snorkeling spot right in front of the facility. Dinner was delicious but not overpriced. The room was clean and spacious, with balcony and nature surroundings. I will defenetly be back on my next trip. 😻

Great expiernce for 3 nights in Gili air, amazing location for anything, all staff super friendly and helpful, loved the 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour, fish BBQ, the fresh breakfast was great every day. Bungalows clean and comfy. Quiet pool at the back if you need a break from beach. Oh and cutest receptionist 😻 when back in Gili Air I will rebook this hotel without hesitation 👍 Update - forgot to say I had a woodfired pizza on the first night and it was great, and loved the outdoor shower !!

Outstanding place, with direct access to the beach, via the restaurant. Fabulous secluded position off the road, with thoughtfully planted gardens. The rooms are large and well-appointed, with everything you might need, including a fridge. Comfortable beds and lovely bed-linen. Restaurant food is excellent and prices are fair. They do BBQ and free salad bar if you eat the BBQ food. Super staff make everything run seamlessly.
