Amazing stay! The hotel is fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure everything is perfect. The view from the room is absolutely stunning—waking up to it every day was a real highlight. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and paid almost 7,500,000 IDR for a Premium Room. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price or expectations. First impression: the entrance road to the hotel is damaged, with exposed metal rods due to a construction site across the road (currently inactive). The hotel itself is very old and worn out. The room was not clean: the floor was covered with small debris, there was dust on the windowsills, some power outlets and lamps did not work, and the exterior lighting was also broken. The first issue appeared at breakfast. Oat milk was listed on the menu, but it was unavailable. When we asked if staff could buy it at a nearby shop, they refused. This was a serious problem as my husband is allergic to regular milk. Another major disappointment was the rooftop area. The Premium Room is advertised as having access to the highest floor with a 360° view, sunbeds, and a table. However, the manager informed us that this area has been closed for about six months due to an accident. There was no information about this during booking or in any hotel communication, and the photos on booking platforms and Google are still shown as available. This rooftop access was the main reason for paying extra. We also noticed many missing or misleading details compared to the photos: - Telescope is blurry and rusty - Several electrical outlets do not work - Air conditioning does not cool properly during the day - Breakfast dishes were not collected, no housekeeping during the stay - Very low water pressure Kitchen equipment is clearly insufficient: - 1 very small pan - 1 pot - 2 forks - 2 very small knives - No strainer - No proper knife for cooking - No dish towel - No salt, pepper, or basic essentials Drinking water: - Water gallon is outside, so the water is warm - No glass bottles to store water in the fridge On the night of December 31, we planned to cook in the room, but the stove did not work. Three staff members tried to fix it for about 40 minutes. In the end, only one burner worked partially and extremely slowly (even boiling eggs took 30 minutes). As a result, we had to look for any available restaurant at 10 PM on New Year’s Eve, when almost everything was fully booked. We asked to have the room price recalculated to a standard room, but this was refused. Instead, we were offered two lunches at the hotel restaurant, which did not feel like fair compensation. Oat milk was still unavailable until the end of our stay 😂 Advice for future guests: there is no real “premium” value in the Premium Room. You simply overpay without receiving the advertised benefits.

This review reflects our real experience at this property. We booked and paid 7,200,000 IDR for 4 nights for a place advertised as premium. Unfortunately, the reality was very different from the photos and description. From the beginning, the room was very small, poorly maintained, and not clean. Housekeeping only came once, and the room remained dirty throughout the stay. Multiple items were broken or not functional, including: Several electrical outlets Lights Other basic utilities and equipment The air conditioning did not work properly, especially during the day. Combined with the poor bedding, this made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely hard, and after four very bad nights of sleep, I ended up exhausted and sick, likely due to lack of rest and the air conditioning. Water pressure was very low, adding to the overall discomfort. The kitchen was practically unusable: One side of the gas stove barely worked, the other did not work at all, making it impossible to cook (it was only fixed the next day) Kitchen equipment was extremely limited: no proper knives, no strainer (including for rice), no dish towel, no salt, no pepper, no basic cooking essentials The rooftop was not accessible, despite being part of the listing. We reported all these issues and requested a partial refund, which was refused. The only compensation offered was two meal vouchers, which does not address the fact that the accommodation itself did not meet the advertised standard. Overall, this stay was not worth the price paid, and the property does not reflect what is shown online. We strongly advise future guests to be cautious and manage their expectations.

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill poolHowever the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.

Telescope Villa Lombok, definitely a very nice place to stay. The staff are very nice as well, helping to your needs. Especially Zeey. The view is beautiful. Bed is comfy, toilet is clean. No bugs inside. Please maintain it However, do take note you can’t walk around from the hotel you will need a scooter. There is construction in front and the jacuzzi isn’t heated. They are able to provide everything though, transport and laundry etc. I enjoyed my stay, thank you!!!

We booked this hotel for its location and the jacuzzi. However, when we arrived, the jacuzzi wasn't heated. Also there was construction right in front of the hotel. From 8 in the morning until 5 in the evening, there was a loud noise because a new building was being constructed in front of the hotel. Besides that, I must say that the service from the staff was excellent. Every question or comment was addressed and resolved immediately. The room service was also really good and fast!

Our stay was very good. The view from the hotel is extra ordinary. The hotels are made of Shipping Containers and this is pretty unique experience besides wonderful hospitality can view from mountain top. Rooms were good, bathroom was clean. The position of the TV is in the corridor between the living room and the bedroom which seems like an obstacle for free movement. Air conditioning works very well. They fixed the lock of the room as their current key was not working. We also had dinner here which was pretty good. The hotel is placed in a distant height of the mountain, so Kuta town is not walkable, scooter or Car is the best option. We booked a car from them for whole day and we visited several beaches and the Sade village. $60 per night is worth for this view. I guess their service has improved from past reviews. Booked through Agoda and paid at the hotel. ||We really liked their breakfast, smoothie bowl was fantastic, and the avocado toast was very rich. If you want to cook, they have open kitchen, fridge, utensils, and water. They provide food at the villa if you want. ||The pool is very small, but good for relaxing, only for 2 people; not for swimming. There are orange cats and they are friendly, do not cross any privacy. You should go to Merese beach for sunset/sunrise , otherwise you can enjoy a partial view from this hotel.||Lifetime experience.
