A good place to stay,good value for money. Included breakfast was ok. Pool was small but nice,staff very friendly and helpful. Location is very quiet but close to beach and small shops etc. Nice small garden inside

I would definitely recommend staying here! We extended twice. All the staff are so helpful, and caring. The cleanliness was impeccable. Pool perfect for family's with young children, and close to shops, and restaurants. There wasn't anything we found fault in. Absolutely loved this place, and really miss it. Thank you all for an amazing stay!!!!!

Warning! They use tap water to make the ice in the drinks! Me and my partner both started feeling ill while we stayed here. We could hear the man in the room next to us being sick, I believe this is from the ice. Management should sort this out asap. Despite all this the staff are very nice, shoutout to Wayan who made our trip much more enjoyable! Rooms were fine.

Stayed 3 nights here this week. Compared to nearby lodges, this hotel is fairly priced. Great location just across the street from the beach. On the same road are a few convenient stores & restaurants/ bars. My room was good, everything works, but looks simple compared to their photo on website. Breakfast has good selection to choose from and some days fruit buffet. Pool and garden is beautiful, quiet & calm. I had the pool all to myself both afternoons. Drawback of Kuta Beach is that Grab/ Gojek drivers cannot pick up pax. There are guard stations at both entrances to the beach front road that block pick up. Gojek drivers can only drop off pax from airport or other locations. Since I dont drive a motorbike/ scooter, I am trapped here, at mercy of expensive taxi drivers. I booked a snorkel excursion at Gili Trawangan but in the end forfeit it, bc the shuttle bus takes 2-2.5 hrs each way to Bangsal Port. BTW hotel quoted price of 250k from a transfer co, on the street many sign boards show price ot 170k.

The photos for this property are misleading. There were rats in the garden and around the swimming pool, during the day and night. The bathroom had the most horrendous smell - we informed reception but they weren't able to fix it. We bought some bleach and tried pouring it down the toilet and drains to be avail. There is a complete lack of care for hygiene and cleanliness - see attached photos of the toilet and waste bin. We ended up leaving after 2 days to another hotel as we didn't feel comfortable being there with our young children. On a positive note - if you get a room that doesn't smell, you don't mind rats and you don't eat the breakfast (we were too scared to after reading the reviews) - the kids did like playing in the pool.

I thankfully did not stay at this hotel, as if the restaurant was anything to base it off of, I would have wished I was dead. The restaurants atmosphere was woeful accompanied by some of the worst food and prices I have experienced in all of Indonesia so far. Beef burger had no remanence of beef as it was green, and contained very little to no cheese. Calamari is advertised as a HUGE plate of calamari, which I would be optimistic to receive, but instead received, stone cold, un breaded wet and ultimately feel bad for the octopus who had to die for this abomination. Could not recommend a worse place if I tried.

We had to leave the hotel after 3 days. It smelled moldy, especially on the towels, pillows and sheets. We had ticks in the bed.
