Conceptually, the hotel offers stunning experience as it is located just across the Mandalika beach with its waves and sands. The breakfast certainly is very good with sufficient variety of main entries showing Indonesian traditional foods and Lombok infamous plecing

Actually the hotel area was strategic, but the cleanest is the problem. The towel have spot in it, the bedcover too. The air conditioner not running well, we complain it already, they take care of it but still not cooler, the breakfast food was not good enough, I think the hotel management must improve faster, if it's not it will fall down. Oh yeah we came when it has renovation so it little bit noisy at the morning and because our room near the staircase so the worker smoking 🚬 can smell it until our room. If you read this, you should consider it again to stay here when come to Mandalika

The room is very run down and not worth the price we paid. The most severe issue was that there was no hot water and the water pressure is too low. The other issues include the towels and bed sheet having brown stains and the plug points casing is removed from the walls. Also, most of the furniture is spoilt particularly all the drawers are not able to close. We complained to the hotel about there being no hot water but nothing was done. We followed up with the front desk and they said there was nothing they can do. Breakfast was very mid.

Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. The rooms and overall outlook could be done better. What they lacked in aesthetics, the staff definitely made up for it. Please mention to Andi, the operation manager of the hotel who went above and beyond in entertaining us, making bookings for massages and activities. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation in time for the upcoming Moto GP, which I’m sure that it would make it one of the best accommodation in Kuta Lombok. Killer views from the hotel though.

Pros: Excellent beachfront location, huge pool, spacious rooms, and affordable price for EID peak season. Cons: - Thin walls (bring earplugs!) and dim lighting. You also have to ask for certain amenities like hairdryers, iron board, etc. - Breakfast can be a tricky during peak season as the area may not be suitable for all the guest to come in one timing. The food was standard. - Unstable wifi connection Verdict: One of a choice if you prioritize location and price over modern luxury. With a bit of a refresh, this could be a top-tier spot!

Rundown, depressing place with staff who couldn't care any less. The towels and bedding are disgusting, have to ask several times for clean ones. Which never arrive as they don't have any! Many people have mentioned this issue in reviews but they clearly don't care. Noise from the nightclub nearby is horrendous, we couldn't sleep til after 3am. Breakfast is awful, they can't even make a decent omelette. Grim experience.

Though the location was great, I was a little disappointed with this hotel. The room had mold, which was unexpected for a 4-star hotel. Check-in: 2 pm, no problems Check-out: @ 12:00 Staff: friendly Location: Next to the beach Hot & Cold water: Yes Water pressure: Very good Bed comfort: Good TV: no smart TV, just regular Electrical outlets: satisfactory Fridge: fridge Bathroom lighting: Good The bathroom sink has space for toiletries: Yes Sufficient trash bins: Yes Would I stay there again: No Value for money: questionable

We stayed in an ocean-view room for a week and loved it. Clean, functional room & toilet, everything works. Great room service.||The Breakfast Buffet has a big spread and is mostly local food that we thoroughly enjoyed. The buffet starts at 5:30am and that worked really well for me. ||The swimming pool is large, well maintained. Didn't visit the gym, so cant comment on that.||The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping.
