We came in around 10 p.m because Pison was full with a waiting line. I was expecting a French brasserie kinda interior/vibe. Because of the French name. It was a mix sports bar (big screen) with rotan seatings, other kinda seating with an arcade game in the back. We sat outside with the big fans. Bit noisy but not not enough that you have raise your voice. Ordered bread and butter (bread dry on the inside). We are also a bit bias I have to tell you (bread wise) because we are from Europe and use to good fresh bread. One greek salad (big portion) and nice, bone marrow also good bread also a bit dry. 2 french steaks one medium one medium rare. One plat du jour also med/rare. After ordering plate du jour was not available. Things like this should be told before hand if you ask me. But well. Don't think they teach their staff here (in Bali) to do so. Ordered a french steak instead med/rare with extra fries. I expected allumettes. Thinner then french fries because I saw them on the menu with the steak tartar. But the whole french fries did not arrive but on the receipt it was there. She took it off. And 3 juices. We got 3 French steaks 2 medium one med/rare. Just the other way around. So they had to make a new one. Steak was a difficult (tough) piece of meat to eat. Even if we cut against the grain. And the mayonnaise was almost liquid. I think you can also skip the asian part on the menu. Keep it "French" I would rate it 6/10.

Every dish was perfect and really good prices. I'm not french but the first try of the Baba au rhum actually gave me shivers and automatically made me drop a tear, and that made my french girlfriend emotional too 😂. So good. And I didn't expect the creme bruleé portion to be that big, good surprise. We also tried the pâté de campagne, cassoulet and soupe à l'oignon, and all 1000% approved by a french as "childhood level"

Delightfully authentic French food perfectly blended with the beauty of Bali, I would HIGHLY recommend visiting My Cocotte. The serenity but laid back fun vibe of the place was an unexpected bonus. Baba au rhum is soooooo hard to find in Perth so when I found out it was something they served I had to go! It was a last minute decision so was quite late and they were starting to close up. Even so, they were so accommodating with even the owner Renault taking time to make sure I was enjoying myself. I wish I’d tried more things but this was honestly magical. The syrup was rum based but not overpowering with the perfect level of sweetness, combined with the unique texture that is only there with true baba and I was happily surprised with the gorgeous egg custard paired with the lovely cream and fruit. If you are in Seminyak, make sure to visit and don’t miss out on this dessert!

Very nice place in Bali to eat French gourmet and more… the guys of the team are very cool (especially Feri, the barman, very kind and super professional)… Place is really nice location to visit, also their shop in the front to buy nice gadgets!

I'd say most authentic and delicious French place here. Everything we ordered was good! My daughter loves it too. We will revisit for sure!

A chill french restaurant with nice vibes! The service was great. Foods and drinks were served quickly and tasted amazing. I ordered the oysters, too, and they were fresh and of good quality. Will definitely come back again if I am in Bali!
