This was truly the best evening I’ve experienced in Bali. Everything felt wonderfully luxurious yet effortlessly comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, the food is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly attentive and warm. The live music was absolutely wonderful — it added the perfect touch of elegance and created an unforgettable mood throughout the night.
A perfect blend of sophistication, relaxation, and genuine hospitality — I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Such a beautiful dinner experience! The food was amazing and very tasty. The atmosphere was very calming & elegant. The service was even better! Eric, our server, was very kind & welcoming! He did an amazing job! Hope to be back again!

The service was top-notch, especially the servers — they were attentive and very helpful.
However, there are some areas that really need improvement.
The reservation system was disappointing. I wanted to book the Iftar package and only received one reply. After I confirmed that I wanted to proceed and asked for confirmation, nobody responded. When I arrived at the venue, they informed me that my reservation was not accepted. This was quite frustrating.
The package quality has also declined compared to 2025. Last year, everything was amazing — the food, the service, and the overall presentation. In 2025, they even placed grill charcoal on the table for the prawns, which made the experience special and interactive.
This year (2026), everything feels downgraded. The plating looked very simple, more like roadside “lalapan” style rather than a premium dining experience. The ketan hitam and the main course I ordered were disappointing. I attached photos from 2025 and 2026, and the difference is very clear.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and brings back the quality and experience they delivered in 2025.
An Absolutely Incredible Dinner at Madawa - Worth Every Moment!
We had the most unforgettable dinner at madawa. The food was amazing and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked into the Madawa, we were struck by how beautiful and elegant everything was-stunning, dainty décor and such a welcoming atmosphere.
We were lucky to have Dyan as our waitress and the other staff also so friendly i was forgot the name, and she was phenomenal. Attentive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful—she made the experience even more special!

I planned a bridal shower for my best friend, and it turned out absolutely dreamy and magical. The decorations were beautiful, the food was amazing, the ambience was perfect, and most importantly, the service from all the staff was exceptional.
Everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and caring throughout the entire event. Special mention to KRISNA, who took such great care of us during this special occasion. Thank you to Madawa and the entire amazing team, we left with wonderful memories.

Such a pleasant surprise.. The atmosphere is beautifully arranged and very clean, with a stylish interior that blends comfort and elegance effortlessly. We came for a pre-dinner and coffee and sat in the smoking area, just next to the VVIP section facing the road. While the setting looked nice, the seats weren’t very comfortable for chatting or dining (hopefully something they can improve in the future).
On the bright side, the food and drinks were delightful! The Madawa Signature Dish and Caesar Salad were both tasty and well-presented. My Americano and Caffè Latte were excellent, smooth, aromatic, and perfectly balanced.
We happened to visit on a Thursday evening, and were lucky to enjoy live music starting at 7PM. The band was fantastic, easy to listen to and added a warm, relaxed vibe to the night.
What really stood out were the staff genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s clear that service and hospitality are taken seriously here.
All in all, despite the seating issue, we had a lovely time. With such great food, coffee, and atmosphere, I’d be more than happy to come back again.
