My friends and I did several dives (including a nightdive) with Jay. He is such an amazing guide. He is super clear in his briefing and communication, is able to find all kinds of animals under the water and is very passionate about the ocean and it's wildlife. It was a lot of fun to dive with him and this company. Thank you and we will be back!

In mid-February 2026 we dove with Four Elements Eco Dive in Gili Air and the experience was absolutely outstanding. Kiara, the Italian manager of the dive shop, was incredibly attentive and welcoming from the very first moment. Elyn, our French divemaster, was truly lovely and made us feel safe and relaxed the entire time. My partner did a Discover Scuba Diving course with them and it was excellent. The professionalism, patience, and warmth they showed made the whole experience unforgettable. I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the local diver who guided my dive, but he was truly excellent — very professional, calm, and attentive throughout the entire experience. As for the dives — simply wonderful. We saw everything: huge, incredibly beautiful sea turtles, thousands of fish of all kinds, sizes, and colors. It was one of the best dives of my life. I’ve been certified since 1994 and have dived in many places around the world, but this spot feels almost untouched. The coral is abundant and healthy, and the visibility was excellent even though the days weren’t sunny. We also stayed at the hotel and it was very comfortable and well maintained. The restaurant offers delicious food, very good service, and reasonable prices. The staff — across the dive center, hotel, and restaurant — were truly exceptional. 10 out of 10. 100% recommended. Thank you to the entire crew!

Spent 6 days here in early January with my girlfriend and daughter (family room with balcony). The room was fresh and very clean, and housekeeping was done daily on request. The whole team is genuinely friendly. If you have a problem, consider it solved. It’s a quiet, chill place (at least in off-season), with a nice pool, which is perfect because low tide can be a bit of a bummer for swimming, but the pool saves the day. Breakfast is served at PokeGiliAir across the road/footpath by the sea. It’s healthy and tasty (extra 110k IDR), and honestly the best coffee on the island. Cortado lovers, you’re welcome. I also did my Advanced Open Water course here, and I’m super happy with it. Big shoutout to Anto and Juan for making it happen and for the solid advice on choosing the course. Perfect base for anyone: solo travelers, friends, couples, and families. Plenty of restaurants nearby, but renting a bicycle makes getting around the island much easier.

We had a fantastic stay at Four Elements Eco Dive Resort and highly recommend it! ✨ The room was beautiful, clean and well designed. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to check in on us and help us out. My 8 year old did an intro to scuba in the pool with Anton and he absolutely loved it- we’ll definitely be back later in the year to do a follow up session as he’s now caught the scuba bug! Thank you all for a fantastic stay!

We stayed here for 11 nights and found the resort perfectly situated in the island. The rooms were clean, beautiful and everything you needed was there. The balcony was shaded for most of the day making it a lovely place to sit and the staff were excellent. We used the restaurant across which gave you discount and they delivered coconuts and coffees to our balcony each morning. Most of all we were with our kids and the set up of rooms was perfect for a family, plenty of room for you and the kids. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing place, amazing accommodation, great crew and experienced diving instructors. Me and my partner came for an unplanned scuba dive course (Open Water) and they were able to fit us into their schedule right the next day. We had amazing instructors (Anto and Jasmine) and we ended up staying 1 more week and also doing the Advanced Open Water course (which also includes an amazing night dive!). Really cool experience, the owners and the staff are amazing - super friendly and all, we felt like just hanging out with good friends. Definitely recommend this place - whether you want to scuba dive, or just looking for a nice place to stay for a few nights on the island!

I am actually in a different dive resort, but I absolutely loved Four Elements. The vibe, the energy, you just know people who work here do it with passion. I had a very nice refresher with Padma and then went for a dive with Johan. They spread the enthusiasm and fun that got me into diving in the first place, and that I miss at some other resorts. We saw many turtles and Johan took several photos of me which was great! Thank you Padma, Johan and Chiara. I know where I’ll be staying next time I come to Gili Air. Happy bubbles!
