This is a budget hotel... the aircon is cold and the bed is big but the bathrooms are really really run down. The shower (which is a shower head in a bath tub) would pool with water every shower. But it is pretty central and right next to a restaurant Warung Bule which you should eat at. The surf clothing shop near by rent out bikes also (they are nice and trustworthy)

The hotel is like the name says a family buisness. They live themselves at the site but in a separate building. Totally they have 10 rooms but another 10 and a pool are half finished. But the question is if and when they will be finished. Lombok tourist industri is badly heart by the earth crake in August this year, also the southern part of the island which was not much damaged. The rooms are quite OK for the price even if they could have been more cleaned. Everything work Ok but do avoid the closest room to the road to avoid noise night time. The included breakfast is limited but OK. No own restaurant but many in the surroundings. The most negative thing is the beach which is out of control for the owners. Many fishing boats are blocking the sea and nobody clean the beach. The authorities do have big plans for Kuta beach and have cleaned the beach and build nice environment some hundred meters to the east. But no beach chairs or sun protection is available and no tourists could be found. The locals do visit the beach in the wecend but almost nobody take a bath.

This is a great spot for exploring Kuta Lombok. The beach is just across the street, the room is huge and breakfast is delicious. It's also next door to a great restaurant, and just around the corner from a variety of others. My only concern was despite having paid for my room through Expedia, when I arrived the staff wasn't able to find my reservation. Eventually things were worked out, but it was a little concerning at first that I might not have a place to sleep.

We stayed here for 1 night only. We got the room with 'city' view. It has a spacious space and a balcony to the pool. It is also clean and comfortable. However, they have to improve the bathroom hygiene, and corridor to the rooms. When it's hard raining, the stair and corridor become really slippery. Nevertheless, the staff are really helpful and fast response.

I stayed in family beach hotel 11 nov - 13 nov during my 🇮🇩 tour, view from my room just mind blowing, my room no was 10, pvt sitting area for deluxe room also best for watching blue ocean & listening sound of sea shores, deluxe room is big enough with modern amenities & big led tv. now lets come to the staffs, staffs & owner of the hotel just like family, they are so friendly & polite. Breakfast is simple but it's tasty. ||Only negative things I found room door lock isn't good sometimes its jammed, next tims expecting digital card lock.

First of all the hotel is clean enough, has nice pool and quite big rooms. Good location in the center of Kuta. ||Staff is friendly and helpful. ||However wi-fi is not working in the rooms (only in the bar but with poor quality), manager is offering extremely expensive services such as transport, trips to Gili, Bali etc. He also asked for additonal commission for credit card payment (which was against our reservation conditions). ||Breakfasts were good but very little choice. ||A/C in some rooms needs few hours to make air chilled.||Also if you don’t like to be woken up at 4 a.m. everyday by the sounds from the mosque you should consider location more away from the center.

The hotel is very nice and well decorated. The staff is very welcome. ||||However, the bathroom does not keep hotel´s standards. ||||Breakfast is included but in my opinion is very poor also, they give you a few options, without any fruits at all, and the portions are very small, as for example, I ordered the pancake option and the breakfast was just 1 pancake and 1 tea. I ordered a second pancake and they charged me 25 rupias!!! just for a simple pancake without anything else!!||||Not a bad place to stay for a couple of days, good location.
